Nichole Greene, Executive Director
Nichole is thrilled to be taking on the role of Executive Director within our community. She started with Regency Grand in 2011 as the Business Office Manager. Her love of seniors was fostered from a very young age. She was extremely close with all of her grandparents. She loved listening to their stories and has fond memories of childhood vacations with them.
Nichole has her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Photography from California State University Fullerton. She also loves to photograph our community events.
Cassie Harmon, Business Office Manager
Cassie joined our Regency Grand team in 2016, and is responsible for all aspects of our billing, invoicing, payroll and human resources activities. Cassie has over ten years of experience and holds a degree in Business Management.
Cassie grew up extremely close to her grandparents and is really enjoying getting to know all of our residents and family members. Cassie enjoys spending her free time with her husband, friends and playing with their dog.
Debbie Galaviz, LVN, Health Services Director
Debbie joined Regency Grand in 2006 with nine years of nursing experience in Assisted Living and working with the developmentally disabled. She earned her Technical Teaching Credential, Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate and an Administrators Certificate for the Direct Support Providers Program. Debbie oversees the nursing services for Assisted Living, Memory Care and all medication programs at Regency Grand.
In her free time she enjoys camping, watching movies and spending time with her family.
Leah Rate, Community Relations Director
Leah has been with Regency Grand since 2007. She started as a receptionist while working her way through college. After graduating with her Bachelor's in Psychology from Cal Poly Pomona in 2009, she was very excited to be offered a position in our Marketing Department. As Community Relations Director, Leah oversees the Marketing Department in guiding families and potential residents through the move-in and transition process. She also oversees all of our social media activity (Facebook and Instagram) as well as advertising.
Leah loves her position here and is very glad to have the opportunity to embark on this career path.
Veronica Cordero, LVN, Memory Care Coordinator
Veronica joined our team in 2013 and comes to us with 9 years of nursing experience. She has worked in pediatric, psych, acute care and geriatrics and has extensive experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
Veronica loves spending time with her husband and three children. She enjoys trips to the beach and craft projects.
Erika Ramirez, Activity Director
Erika first began working at Regency Grand in 2009 as a Server in our dining room. She then worked her way up into a Receptionist role and then went on to assist in our Activity Department, all while going to school full time! After graduating with Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology of Industrial Organization from Azusa Pacific University, she was very happy to be offered the position as Activity Director in 2017. She believes in creating an environment where seniors can regain their independence with the right support and choices for how they spend their day! Our residents greatly enjoy the variety of in-house activities and outings that Erika plans for them, all engaging the 7 Dimensions of Wellness.
In her free time Erika enjoys spending time with her dog, Chloe, and her family. She also enjoys going to the gym, staying healthy and trying new restaurants.
Juan Martinez, Building Services Manager
Juan came to Regency Grand in 2004 with over 17 years of experience in the assisted living industry. He enjoys creating a beautiful and well-maintained environment for the residents and guests.
In his free time he enjoys watching soccer and spending time with his son.
