Assisted Living Basic

  • Studio apartment – beginning at $2,365/month
  • One-bedroom apartment – beginning at $3,100/month
  • Two-bedroom apartment – beginning at $3,875/month
  • Second occupancy charge – beginning at an additional $1,050/month

Assisted Living Respite

While staying with us at Regency Grand, most of your basic needs are included in our basic rate. This includes all meals, laundry, housekeeping, activities, emergency response system, 24-hour staffing and scheduled transportation to shopping and medical appointments.

Our daily Respite rate is $125-$175 depending on the level of care. This rate includes the services listed below.

  • Three elegant Restaurant-style meals daily prepared by our on-site Chef.  Snacks are always available
  • Weekly housekeeping including linen and towel service
  • All basic utilities excluding telephone
  • Basic cable TV
  • Apartment Home Maintenance
  • Emergency response system; 24-hour community staffing
  • Monthly wellness visits
  • Life enrichment services; wellness program
  • Full access to the community's common amenities and landscaped grounds

Additional Services Not Included in Assisted Living Basic Service

For individuals requiring additional assistance, the community will provide a variety of enhanced services to meet changing health care needs. Individual service plans are determined by comprehensive assessments conducted by our health care professionals. Each resident's service plan is reviewed quarterly or sooner as their needs change.   • Three nutritious meals served daily in the community dining room.  Snacks are always available
  • 24-hour community staffing
  • Encouragement through cueing with activities of daily living
  • Assistance with daily dressing (am/pm). Includes cognitive assistance, reminders and redirection
  • Assistance with grooming
  • Bathroom assistance
  • Bathing and showering assistance
  • Escorts to dining and activities
  • Personal laundry
  • Daily housekeeping
  • Close monitoring of whereabouts and condition
  • Wellness Programs
